Skookum

Originally derived from the Canadian colloquial term for “big and strong” this has been bastardized by the Pennsylvania Dutch English speakers as to mean a mixture of: awesome, cool, as well as ratty or shoddily constructed.

Can be shortened to Skook to mean the same thing.
John: Yo look at that car with the huge wing!
Ian: That’s fuckin’ skookum.
