Siphokazi 

A strong wise woman of South African descent who is very beautiful both inward and outward. She is respected quite heavily amongst her friends and always aspires to live up to an admirable standard of living. God fearing and a woman of virtue. Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
