The term depicts a rap verse or bunch of lyrics that are rhythmic and sound awesome. Originally used by rapper Mic T in his song taylor gang.

Sick Flow Bro 

When Paolo causes a multi-automobile collision, most notably on Bathurst Street. Paolo is entirely at fault for the accident, regardless of how sick his flow actually is. The worse a driver is, the sicker his flow becomes.

Guy 1: "Hey Paolo, you just hit 4 cars in one accident, sick flow bro"

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
