This is the phrase used by a Cheeser, a Cheese-out or Roid McCheeseout when he is attempting to prolong the time before his cheese is properly identified.

Daren asks "Jarryd, do you want to go out tonight?"
To which Jarryd responds "Lemme shower, eat and let you know".
Jarryd will not be going out tonight. He is cheese-ing.
