Get the shammin mug.US Army terminology utilized to describe a person or people who ditch work/responsibility in favor of taking a nap and then planning some type of criminal behavior thereafter. Akin to the phraseology "Chillin' like a Villain."
Soldier #1: Hey, have you seen Private Snuffy?
Soldier #2: Nah, dude, I think he went to take a nap. He said something about a plan to steal MRE's out of the supply room and sell them on Ebay.
Soldier #1: Ah, so he is Shammin' and Scammin'?
Soldier #2: Yep.
