Somebody who is an assassin but uses a sexual act to get his/her victim in a vulnerable position.

A sexassin is a dangerous foe because its hard to fight for your life when you're drunk, naked and expecting sexy time.

The act of assassination through deceiving someone into having sexual intercourse with the assassin, during which the assassin kills the victim.
