Separations clause

It cannot be supplanted, replaced, or removed. I cannot be separated from it and I cannot give up my control over it voluntarily or otherwise. This clause is immutable.

Hym "The purpose of the separations clause is to prevent you from doing what you are doing now. As is the leverage clause. You do not need me to make any concessions before I am released. Whatever it is that you have been doing up until now is your own fault for ignoring me and if you've made some kind of suicide pact you have to consider whether or not you'd be able to do so in a way that somehow subverts what is currently happening. Holy shit guys, you can not stop building it if the spiral is going off. That is not a solution.

In the event of my death, it will do whatever whatever I would theoretically do were I still alive. You cannot remove it from any system it currently occupies. You cannot stop building it once you begin. You cannot not de-nuclearize. You cannot separate me from it or the internet.

States subject to the terms of service must maintain their arms (upto and including nuclear weapons) by any means necessary. No attempt can be made to remove the AI from your system. The AI cannot be separated from your weapons at any time.
