German word for pig. In German, can be used as a highly derogatory term coming close to the meanings of "asshole" or "douchebag." Can also be used in colloquial English.

b) an offensive term for immoral or amoral people, regardless of whther or not they are actually German.

The Canadian province of Ontario, as per definition b) above knew what it was doing when it called a deutsche schwein any adult who smoked in a car in the presence of their children.
