Schrödinger's /j

when a neurotypical makes a questionable post and they slap a “/j” below the post depending on whether the tl gets mad at them or not.

Not to be mistaken for "forgetting to add a tone indicator", a schrödinger's /j can only be considered a schrödinger's /j if either the "joke" is SUPER unclear and it therefore causes a negative reaction or there was no visible punchline and people get mad thinking the post was genuinely serious.
"oomf just said something super ableist and when they got called out they defended themselves by saying they forgot to add /j to their post." "what the hell? that has to be a schrödinger's /j; literally where was the punchline??"

A schrodinger's joke is something the “joke teller” was serious about, but changed their answer based on others reactions to the truth
Examples of schrodinger's joke

Person b: What?
Person A: Justttt kidding!!

———-
Person A (again): Yo Mike I’m into piss

Schrodinger's Joke

A joke which is both funny and not funny at the same time but there is no way of knowing if anyone else will laugh at it until you have told it... But by then it's too late and you will either look like an idiot or a comedy genius.
(After telling a joke) I wasn't sure if you'd get that, it was a bit of a schrodinger's joke.

Schrödinger’s Joke

Noun; A statement that is hard to tell whether it’s a joke or not, and if you ask, you’ll end up feeling either guilty or stupid.
Example: “What if Springtrap was actually William Afton after he died in the Spring Bonnie suit?”
“You’ve just made Schrödinger’s Joke.”

Schrödinger's Job

An employer announces that there will be layoffs, and staff will learn who is affected at some undefined point in the future, leaving them simultaneously employed and unemployed indefinitely.
"Budget cuts announced. I have Schrödinger's Job until my employer reports who is getting laid off."

Schrodinger's Jester

When someone is both serious and joking, with the deciding factor being how people react. Often times they are serious, but if people react in a way that they did expect or foresee, a Schrodinger's Jester will claim it is a joke.
Person A: "I am a pacifist until I get angry"
Person B: "That isn't how being a pacifist works"
Person A: "Yes it is!"
Person C: "It actually isn't"
Person A: "It was a joke"

In this scenario, Person A was a Schrodinger's Jester

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
