To be a chicken, to run away from or refuse to engage in a situation or with another person. Usually also a coward without honour or courage. Always thinks he's won when he's lost and doesn't realise everyone is laughing at him for having less backbone than their 90yr old grandma.

Derives from the 20min fight where Brendan Schaub ran away from Roberto Cyborg Abreu.

Guy 1: Did you see that fight?
Guy 2: Hahahahah ye. It was shit. The guy schaubed for the whole time. What a dick!

1. The act of turning and running with your back turned to your opponent in a very urgent manner to escape submission. 2. To totally disengage, turn and run out of a submission or position and revert to standing some distance away out of danger. 3. A grappling technique.

Dont just let him sink in that heel hook, you gotta schaub out of that.

Schaub away from your opponent if you feel the danger coming on.

Schaub'd 

Verb, past tense. In reference to Matt Schaub, former NFL quarterback.

1. Greatly underthrew a deep pass to an open receiver. Usually to Andre Johnson and usually allowed the defender to get in better position.
2. Turned into the fetal position in the QB pocket after facing the slightest bit of pressure. A defender in the general vicinity is not required. Also called "turtling."
3. Threw an interception for a touchdown, or a "pick six."

4. Deleted one's twitter account, usually after being sick of dealing with vitriol and trolls.

1. Andre was wide freaking open but he Schaub'd it!
2. Dwight Freeney just touched his jersey and then he totally Schaub'd.
3. Well, he Schaub'd another one to Richard Sherman.

Brendan Schaub 

A former MMA fighter who co-hosts a podcast, The Fighter and the Kid. He is friends with Joe Rogan. He appeared frequently on Joe's show, which caused his popularity to skyrocket. Although his podcasts and stand-up comedy are successful, Schaub gets a ton of hate as well.

One commonly cited reason for hating Brendan is that he's a bully. Brendan has bragged about bullying his passive-aggressive college roommate and throwing him through a glass door. He's also hated for being a habitual liar. He tells stories on his podcasts that are obviously fake, and he's unaware of how obvious it is that he's lying. He lies about altercations he's had to make himself look like the good guy. Another reason for the hate is how he acts around people. He interrupts his co-host and his guests all the time and finishes their sentences. He tries to cheat on his wife, and when people expose his infidelity he threatens to sue them and destroy their careers. Brendan is super confident in his opinions even when he's dead wrong. The exception is when he's around Joe Rogan, in that case he changes all his opinions to agree with everything Joe says.

The biggest reason that Brendan gets so much hate is the way he deals with it. If he owned up to his faults every once in a while he would have way less haters than he does.

Brendan Schaub is incredibly clever. He never lets the haters get to him because they don't matter
