A model showing how a group of potential customers moves through sales stages and how many reach each next step. It helps explain where progress slows down or people drop out. A way to locate the leak before asking for a bigger bucket.
The sales funnel showed plenty of meetings but few proposals. We checked whether the meetings were with suitable buyers.
