When a picture (particularly a work of art) is scanned, only to look like crap on the computer.

This looks way better in person, but it was scanraped when I scanned it into Photoshop.

scunrunner 

A person who hauls methamphetamine or the materials needed to make it (see also scun). In recent times the word scun and all of it's meth related deriviatives have a very strong usage in south central Arkansas (where meth use has been epidemic for at least 20 years due to chronic boredom) in spite of originally being a Southern California 1960s slan term for meth.

That scunrunner must have been goin' about 150 when he came though here with the county deputies and drug task force chasing him.
