A competitive sexual act. A man asks for sex from his partner who is menstruating. Due to the menstruation the couple chooses anal play as an alternative. The picture is taken to the local seafood diner and pinned on the bulletin board for judging. The owner of the diner judges the entries every 88 days. Points are scored for overall coverage and presentation. The winner of the competition receives a medal and one free lunch or dinner combo at the diner.
The competition is named for its area of origin, a township called Barnegat in the US state of New Jersey.
