Rhino skin 

The piece of extra skin on the elbow which becomes flappy when the arm is extended. Through growth it becomes wrinkly and slightly crusted therefore leading to the name Rhino Skin because it is like a Rhinosorus's skin.

Damn My Rhino skin is rather crusty, I gotta get some lotion on that.
