A type of person who is over the age of 40 and is sexually attracted to people decades older than them. They want to meet or "reap" this person, hence the term "Reaper40" (similar to how people say "I'm 21f", "I'm 27m", etc.) Basically just a term for a pedophile over the age of 40.
