Rakul is a verb, noun, thing, whatever you can think of. By definition it is recursive in nature. It is the single most source of truth of knowledge as it is known to man or maybe aliens.
Rakul can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed from one Rakul to the other.

where r is Rakul's constant for that dimension or world
V is universal Rakulness constant
