Park Jimin has been dubbed the Stan Attractor and Recruiting Fairy (fondly called induct by Koreans) of BTS since the beginning. Even when BTS wasn’t as big yet, the whole world has been watching Jimin and he has already been featured by tons of international news outlets. Named as one of the best boyband members of all time by The Guardian, Jimin was listed by Korean media as one of the idols in charge of killing parts, that brought millions of fans into the fandom. The 333 guy from Fire, the 424 guy from Not Today, the iconic Blood, Sweat and Tears intro, the Perfect Man, the Marionette from Fake Love, the Dust Dance from Spring Day, the Black Swan and many more. Most new fans, when asked, claimed to have seen one of these killing parts and decided to Stan BTS. Apart from Jimin’s killer stage performances, his visuals have also drawn lots of fans having gone viral multitudes of times by just standing and being absolutely beautiful. Remember the most viral fancam of all fancams, the 7 second guy. Yes. That’s Jimin, just breathing.

As Face of Kpop, locals know him. NonKpop fans associate Kpop with Jimin. Media is all over him. They say every year, locals fall in love with a new Kpop guy only to find out it’s just Jimin with a different hair color.
I started stanning BTS when I saw recruiting fairy Jimin on Perfect Man.

A group of prostitutes who give away free sex as a promotional for there business.

The practice of using AI agents or automated pipelines to skim the same publicly available layoff trackers and LinkedIn data that every other recruiter is already scraping, repackage it as a "curated shortlist," and call it "innovation". This in contrast to actually hitting the pavement to find, meet, and evaluate real talent, the recruiter sets up a bot to surface the same recycled pool of recently laid-off engineers that 500 other recruiters are already cold-messaging simultaneously.
The whole industry is moving toward shortcut recruiting and then complaining there's no good talent. Bro, you automated yourself into mediocrity.

RecruitNever 

When your company has become so disgustingly toxic that no salary would suffice working there, where the company harbors people in the lead who have underdeveloped brains who resort to bullying and exploitation of skilled candidates for gaining knowledge and achieving forms of success, where the only people that stay are either henchmen or useful dummies. Where the company has to live constantly in the internal world of the bully who has severe personality disorders like destructive malignant narcissism, which could rival "the worst" people in history. Where diversity is non existent and where people live like prisoners in their own geographical and cultural bubble and where the Bully will only ever have one company on his own Resume. Where the code of conduct was written with intentional holes to allow "the worst". Where most of the management have delusions of grandeur and are constantly manipulated by the former into forming fallacious beliefs that benefit the bully. Where other Recruiters are informed that they are doing something at "high level" with the goal of luring and exploiting the next victims and bullying them out and making the company once again look like a sinking ship. But wait, it gets worse! After the Victims have been thrown out they will try to manipulate the interviews and spread whatever bullshit because of Competition and their own Fragile Egos. Then expect lots of internal defamation-gossip to deal with their own insecurities.

When your Company is purposefully trying to become the most hypocrite asshole in

society by trying to do something for other Companies it cannot do
itself which is finding and keeping Candidates. Where people in power
are morally corrupt, toxic, have many personality disorders, often jump

to conclusions that support their confirmation biases and likely to

bully anyone out that challenge their authority or fractured their
fragile egos. Where the kind of people that stay are often cowards as
they avoid any conflict because they don't want to loose their jobs or just nasty people
that align their morality with that with the few corporate psychopaths inside the company

that are often unrecruitable themselves.

When a person can't take the reality of the truth about a breakup and instead "rewrites" what really happened and then tells other people the story as if that's what really happened.
Josh couldn't take the fact that Kathryn dumped him for his brother. By rewriting history, he could tell everyone he dumped her.
