A fake “talent framework” from the deepest circle of corporate hell, where a company is run like a psychological slaughterhouse by power-addicted, ego-fragile desk tyrants. In this place, you’re not hired to succeed, you’re harvested: for knowledge, ideas, and then your sanity. Every day is engineered panic—HR doesn’t protect you, it studies you like a lab rat, takes notes, then hands your weaknesses to management for sport. You’re gaslighted, scapegoated, and slowly stripped of confidence while they smile about “culture fit” and “performance.”

Everyone else either escapes or gets slowly shredded by endless “feedback,” smear campaigns, and fake concern meetings.

Their game is gaslighting, humiliation, causing suicides and destroying careers of others. Toxicity is not accidental it is their f**cking business model, where the abusers are protected and the abused silenced. Those who thrive here don't rise by merit, but by stepping on others. are morally corrupt, toxic, have many personality disorders, often jump
to conclusions that support their confirmation biases and likely to
bully anyone out that challenge their authority or fractured their
fragile egos. Where the kind of people that stay are often cowards as
they avoid any conflict because they don't want to loose their jobs or just nasty people
that align their morality with that with the few corporate psychopaths inside the company
that are often unrecruitable themselves.
