Pump Fucked

The act of one arriving at a gas pump to either find it:

A) Out of order

OR

B) Aggressively hijacked by a blockheaded nincompoop

Driver: "Oh look, an open spot!"
Passenger: "Dude, it's out of order..."
Driver: "Shit! Well here, there's one over there."
Passenger: "Not anymore...you just got Pump Fucked."
