Usually preceeded by, "What's that gotta do with the..." In plain english: "How is that relevant to our conversation?"

"Where are you from?"
"Well, I spent a lot of time in New York one summer."
"What's that gotta do with the prossafish?"
"Huh?"
"Nevermind..."
