Adjective: Peaceful, tranquil, cool-headed and unbothered, yet alert and aware of surroundings; anger-free; exuding confidence without that holier-than-thou look; approachable, humble, but clearly in charge, signaling a "don't-fuck-with-me" warning; someone identified with propolexy or someone being in a state of calm control.

Noun: a person who looks calm, approachable and confident, usually with a pleasant resting face, characterized by a serene appearance. Someone you feel you can approach or trust; The opposite of apoplectic.

Derived from pro for professional and medical terminology relating to a blood rush to the head. In this case, it's a creative, confident rush.
I'm pretty easy-going but I wouldn't say I'm propolectic. You'd have to be n F-ing monk to be that cool all the time.

The media is buzzing about the possibility that Donald Trump may be apoplectic characterized by anger and rage. They say we need a leader who comes off looking more propolectic --someone who would think twice before pushing that button.
