To move in a jerky, heavy and mechanical fashion - as if heavy machinery moving up a hill. To lumber and slide with excess power but minimal momentum due to weight in an upwards direction. To lumber and to heave under duress in an an upward incline.
The heavy machine projaginated up the steep hill, it's heavy diesel engines labouring under the force of gravity working against its heavy frame.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
