A portmanteau of "Pro-Trumper" and "chump"
(a gullible person). Used to describe a dedicated follower of Donald Trump who enthusiastically defends his business ventures, only to be financially taken advantage of by those exact schemes.
Most notably used to describe the estimated 590,000 supporters who paid $100 deposits for the vaporware "T1" Trump Mobile phone, only to realize the fine print made refunds virtually impossible.
