This insult is commonly used for animations that are barely animated (Or not animated at all.) and are more like multiple pictures (Or handmade drawings) combined with a slight transition between the pictures or with no transition at all.
It can also be used as an insult for animations or movies that looks like it is poorly made or is low quality.
2- A animation that is basically made in powerpoint. It probably takes alot of time and effort to make a animation in powerpoint so if you made one, that’s really impressive I must say. These animations are mostly made from lots (Mostly about 70 to 2000) of handmade drawn pictures. (Or pictures that aren’t drawn)
Most of the powerpoint animations made are very short but some can be very long. (about 30 seconds to 3 minutes)
