When you do somethinggood and put your arms up in the air to tell everyone including yourself about it. It is the same as an award or a form of recognition.
I just figured it out! Where is my PLUNKY? (Said with arms straight up in the air similar to touchdown signal.)
Plunky can be used in a lot of ways. Plunky can be a sound effect, like "PLUNK". Then you can describe the object that made that sound by saying, "Oh that (Whatever) is very plunky today". Plunky technically isn't really a word, but there are some words here that aren't either, so what the harm?
"Hey, did you hear that sound from the girl's bathroom? She sounded a bit... Plunky today."
French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
1. That Burberry scarf is so fache-couture.
2. That purple American Apparel hoodie is so fache-couture.
