Plotcest 

The word "plotcest" comes from the junction of the word "incest" and "plot twist".
Just like a regular plot twist it is a sudden change in events except the characters involved in said events find out they are siblings and have being committing incest through the course of their relationship or proceed onto incestious acts from that point foward.
Person A: You've got to read this book! It has a crazy plotcest!
