When a carwash worker cleans out the pit (a trench going the length of the car wash where all the water and debris drains) and gets splattered by mud, water, rotten plant matter and silt. Derived from bukakke.

pityakker 

One who hails from a mining (hence, pit) town, eg Ashington in Northumberland.

Generally speaks with a lowping Northern lilt, eg they would claim to hail from "Eshington" and speak of a "bonny laird" (lad) while rolling their Rs, eg Unlucky Alf from the Fast Show.

Ex-footballers Jackie and Bobby Charlton are obvious pityakkers, as is actor Robson Green, although he is now officially a posh Geordie, unless it suits him.
