Piss ache

An sensation used to describe something that is unpleasing and horrible as if it hurts when you pee. Listening to an unpleasant person may metaphorically give you a piss ache like the strange pain you'd experience if it burns when you pee.

"Goodness, that d*ckhead gives me such a piss ache."
