A word made popular in and around the Boston area. Used to describe a females vagina lips. The trueshockerinvolved tickling the piss flippas with your thumb while inserting one in the pink and the other in the stink.
Look at the size of Tina's piss flippas. They're practically hanging out the side of her bikini bottum.
