An intense, unnesessary, and almost obsessive fear of online pirates cracking your game.

2K games demonstrated such a horrible case of piratephobia that they fucked up the the launch of Bioshock.

Peiratophobia

I did some research into the Greek roots of piracy, and came up with the following:

1. The word for Pirate is peiratis.
2. Therefore, the love of pirates is peiratophilia.
3. Thus, the fear of pirates is peiratophobia.

Me: Have you seen the new Pirates movie?
Friend: screams
Me: Sorry, I forgot you had peiratophobia.
