Pick Up Truck Driver 

Usually not the brightest people in Wisconsin/Minnesota.

When roads are horrible they think since they have 4 wheel drive the interstate turns into the autobahn.

Usually like to talk about things like being a confederate, farming, and drinking beer.

The last time I drove home from work in a blizzard a pick up truck driver flew by me, apparently 35 mph wasn't good enough for him like it was the rest of us, he was going 85...asshole.

the way that a redneck, usually one that hails from the Southern United States, refers to their pick-up truck. The added "'em" is the addition of Southern dialogue to the general name of a common type of truck, and usually makes the person driving appear to be of low intelligence

Pick'em Up Truck 

The way a country person refers to a city person's truck. Short for pick them up truck, as in pick up the kids from school. refers to a truck that has never been off-road, never towed a trailer and the heaviest thing in it's bed is ego and a weeks worth of groceries. Always a crew cab, because it is actually used as a minivan.

He went from his office job to the school in his shiny new pick'em up truck to get the kids.

A tall, hunched over hayssed yokel type, a simpleton who is basically a doofis, who drives a pickup truck, and thinks he is really cool, although in reality is a total dork.

The Pickup Truck Gomer thought everyone believed he was cool, but instead they all laughed at him behind his back and viewed him as an overly tall, doofis, noodle-head, and simpleton in a stupid pickup truck that he never used for any real pickup truck type work.
