Phastos 

It is a group of eight aspiring Civil Engineers who share a laid-back approach to their studies. Despite their relaxed attitude, they are determined to pass all their exams. The members of Phastos often engage in conversations that may seem trivial or nonsensical to outsiders, but this camaraderie is an essential part of their dynamic. Their bond is built on a shared understanding of the pressures of their field, balanced with a mutual desire to enjoy the journey together. While they might appear to be more focused on chilling, their underlying commitment to succeeding in their academic endeavors is strong.

Phantos 

n. (English) Collective noun for a group of noobs who run away and hide from the real men during melee combat, only to pick off the stragglers from behind once everyone is too exhausted to fight back
n. (Spanish) From "Los Phantos" (pron. "Whaaaaaantos") : Intended to mean "the ghosts", it originally referred to a mexican midget porno wrestling team in the 1960's. Nowadays typically refers to any group with limited hand-to-hand combat skills who may also write poorly spelled graffiti on the walls of bars or breweries.
