Penostricitis 

The act of inserting one's hand inside the H.I.V. ridden asshole of an african american individual, followed by a trip to Cambodia to visit a whore who happens to have gonorrhea. The aforementioned hand is then placed within the vagina of the cambodian individual, then rubbed upon your best friend's face.
