A peeping Tom of Facebook, a Facebooker who views everyone else's profiles but never adds thier own updates, photo's or other news.

Karen is such a peeping face, viewing profiles 24-7 but never has anything to add.

Face peeling

Face peeling when being used to talk about women's period is something that happens on a women's period where her skin gets so dehydrated (manly and regularly on her face but for some women it can happen on their shoulders or below their breasts) that their skin peels off. It's similar to how women get acne during their period.

"Hey I've started face peeling can you get me the moisturizer?"

"Sure!"
