The act of laughing so hard that you almost, or in fact do end up puking.
Also the term used when someone is laughing so hard their struggling to breath.

Jerry was laughing so hard at what Tom said that he started paughing.

Exclamation of disgust upon smelling a foul odor. Pronounced like "paw", but the ending is more dragged out and gutteral.

The act of taking a dump without using your cell phone as entertainment; thereby expediting the process.

"Hey Richard, are you about done shitting? We gotta go! You better be taking a paugh!"
