Pascal Sauvage 

The villain and main antagonist of Johnny English (2003). He is a French prison magnate who tries to turn England into one massive jail, a plan which is found out by the eponymous English protagonist Johhny English. English fails to stop Sauvage's plans as his goons steal the crown and force HM Queen Elizabeth II (RIP) to abdicate, and it is now found out that Pascal is descended from a medieval English king, however the crown was stolen from him, and is now crowned King of England, however Johnny English manages to stop him, but accidentally gets crowned in the process; the crown is later returned to Her Majesty, as Pascal is sent to South France and diagnosed with mania.

cornholio 

Ruler of Lake Titicaca. Rumored to have a bunghole that gets very angry if it does not receive toilet paper. Cornholio the Great is often seen walking around with his shirt over his head and his hands in the air, chanting songs about his power, and his bunghole.
"I am Cornholio! You do not want to face the wrath of my bunghole, for I need TP!"
