Fit and athletic on paper but in reality can’t actually complete a workout. Probably has a near perfect looking body that would struggle to run a few miles or do push-ups. Genetically gifted or surgically enhanced, usually both. Paperfit women usually can be found at the gym with a full face of untainted makeup and won’t work hard enough to break a sweat. Paperfit men often don’t leave the locker room, they simply take the selfies then leave after a shower.

Just took a class with that new gym instructor. It was garbage, she’s just paperfit.

Someone so submerged in allday bureaucreacy that misses to enjoy the pleasures of life, very probably becoming a nerd, geek or noob as a result..
