Dutch slang for taking a huge dump (shit) and simultaneously jizzing on top of it. The result is a jizzdump looking like a Dutch snack from the province Zeeland which is also named Papbolus.
Johnny planned on taking a shit on his bos' desk, but decided to take it one step further and left him a Papbolus as a present.
