Commonly known as a gritty prison drama, Oz is actually more like a soap opera that happens to be set in a prison. Oz is a great show, but it is ludicrous at best.

Someone who thinks they're funny, when they're really not. They often make jokes and laugh at them for a few minutes while everyone else just gives them a courtesy chuckle.
