Outimacy 

The superficial part of a human connection, unconnected, uncommitted, undevoted , no understanding, withholding communication and intimacy, distance, separation of human connection, unfamiliar, unknowing, impersonal nature.

It is impossible to have a close relationship because of their shallow outimacy towards one another.
