Synonymous with "Omigosh" or "Golly." Simply a more spicy way of saying it. This phrase is usually utilized by people susceptible to stupid high.

Elliot: "Oh heavenly days! There's no meat on my sandwich."
Sallybeth: "But you ordered a roll on a wrap..."
