Can be two things; either an elderly man/woman, or a person who has aged so much for their age they HAVE an old face...
OR...
Someone you have not seen in a while.

1) The man's old face demonstrated his wisdom and long life.
2) He is only in his late thirties, but after his wild lifestyle he has a pretty old face.

A common term used to describe a female, between the ages of 18-27, that has a face that appears of her being aged to a much greater age (30 years old). A female with old face usually has a very attractive face(although aged looking) and above all a very attractive body. Because the aging process has already taking place females with old face age very little over the post college career, 30's and 40's, and will usually turn out to be MILFs.

President Trump was asked if he was planning nuclear talks with North Korea's Kim Jong Un, and Old Orange Face said he would meet with him for “a hamburger” — No he didn't! I don't believe this guy!
