Nutty Norman

A "Nutty Norman" is a word used to describe someone who is perticularly crazy.

A "Nutty Norman" usally shouts abuse and random people and has very few or no friends.

"Wow did you see that guy? He was a right Nutty Norman"

"Omg! Did you see that nutty norman?"
