A terrible new show being promoted by YouTube, and apparently by Urban Dictionary. Even though it isn't out yet, you can already tell it will be terrible seeing as it is airing on Showtime and is about a female nurse. The female nurse also seems to have a sassy attitude.

So it's a show about a nurse with a sassy attitude. Like a spin-off of Scrubs starring Carla, but prob. less funny and more srs bsnzz.

Nurse jackie

A hospital show created by Showtime in attempt to simply capitalize on the post-ER crowd, with no regard to quality or entertainment value. The show is about a lesbian doctor who will probably develop into a know-everything, lesbian, doctor character as the show progresses in it's first and final season. There are several counter arguments to her intelligence, such as her not holding the syringe properly in the advertisements and also her being a woman. Not to be confused with Nurse Betty, which will end up being better than this. House should really start being good again so people don't have to watch this crap for their hospital-show fix.

I watched Nurse Jackie wanting to see some lesbian action, but I forgot that everything on Showtime sucks.

Bunhead

A girl who does ballet and only talks about ballet. Her schedule is filled with dance classes which does not allow her to do any other activity.

"Hey, do you know that girl Sally?"

"Yeah, she's kind of annoying. All she ever talks about it ballet."

"Wow, what a Bunhead."

"Hey Sally, you want to hang out this weekend?"
"I can't, I have dance."

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.

I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

Boffin

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.
