a person who is not Norwegian but obsessed with Norwegian culture.
usually a cross country skier with a Norwegian flag hat.

that Norwigaboo thinks he is hot stuff with all his new skiing gear.

Norwegiboo

Just like a weeaboo, but instead of being obsessed with Japan, they're obsessed with Norway. Their obsession with Norway is most likely due to Skam (Shame), a norwegian tv show which is really good but overhyped. They will often try to do norwegian in Duolingo and end up speaking half assed norwegian. They will also complain about how much they want to go to Norway only to go to Hartvig Nissen (The secondary school used in Skam). Some even complain about how much they want to have a bunad, the norwegian traditional clothing.

"Oh my god, Jessisca is such a Norwegiboo"
"Yeah, I heard she rewatched the entire Skam series in one sitting. She thinks she's norwegian now"
