Nomergency

(Noun): A situation or task that feels urgent but does not align with a person's true priorities or long-term goals, and which carries little or no meaningful consequences if delayed or ignored. Often fueled by external pressures or unnecessary self-imposed stress, the time and attention that a nomergency demands is unjustified.
"That ASAP text from my boss was a total nomergency; it could have been easily handled tomorrow."
