Ngaio is a socially inept person who has no sense of personal boundary s, belongings, or cultural views of anyone who is not their direct relative. she can usually be spotted walking into rooms spouting communist propaganda at random or reciting one of Stalin or Hitlers famous hate speeches. Another thing of note is that she sold her soul to satin for the ability to fold, twist,flip and bend her body in any unnatural way she pleased.
