1) An extremely silly person, usually to a point of annoyance.
2) An emphasized version of neenerhead.

Weenerbutt

Someone who is a coward or is easily frightened by things. Can be used to refer to people who are jumpy.

“Hey Dan, stop being a weenerbutt and play this horror game with me!”

“My dog is such a weenerbutt, he’s afraid to go on walks!”
