Somebody who is a bully to all of those around them and ignores helpful comments and instead gives back a rude attitude. Someone who is pretty dumb and can't comprehend the fact that they can't get any bitches and takes advantage of that and uses it to date minors and be a creep. Overall, the most profound of all insults.
