Used to describe something that is akin to the historical period when France dominated Europe (At one point extending from Spain to central Europe including Italy and most of modern day Germany). Napoleon Buonaparte, Emperor of France, was the man whose name lends itself to this word.

Napoleonic Complex

An insanity that usually affects people of small stature. People with napoleonic complex are easily intimidated by tall, muscular people. To make themselves feel 'bigger', they in turn pick on taller, muscular people.

Also called Short Man Syndrome.

Napoleonic Complex was named after the french emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, who overcompensated for his short stature by waging war, often for no reason (???). French people seem to be the main victims of this condition, as Nicolas Sarkozy appears to have it as well.

Angie, who was 6 feet tall at the age of 12, was frequently made fun of by pretty much everyone under the height of 4'11''. to make the most of the situation, she informed the shorties that their anger wasn't their fault, they were simply victims of the Napoleonic Complex.

Napoleonic bullying

A form of bullying where everyone else is the bully and you are the righteous. Napoleonic bullying isn't considered true bullying, it is what many would consider socially acceptable bullying. Napoleonic bullying is not always committed by short folks.

Napoleonic bully- I call out bitch ass bullies when I see em, you're the bully not me.
Other kid-There's people who will laugh at your shit, every now and then one of them will stand up to you though, even if it doesn't happen to you much. Your Napoleonic bullying is showing.

Napoleon's Bakery is a very popular bakery in Hawaii, Mostly in the Island of Oahu. The Bakery sells bread, cakes, pies, croissants, donuts, etc. and is a popular place to by birthday cakes. This Baker is commonly forged with Zippy's a Hawaiian Food chain that sells chili.

Napoleon kill

(noun) Predicting something will end badly. Alternatively, a person who is thinking something will end badly. Similar to a buzz kill.

The origin is a pun on the name the famous American personal-success author Napoleon Hill ("Think and Grow Rich"). One of Mr. Hill's biggest beliefs was that ideas can become reality and for this reason you should try to eliminate all bad or critical thinking from your thoughts.

Him: "Dude, I'd buy an iPad, but all I'll end up doing is dropping it."
